With layered sound design it can often be difficult to show how something like this is constructed. That’s why Ihave been working with Ithaca Audio to create a new multi channel video player. You can use the video player on the link to isolate elements of the sound design mix and get a feel for how we built up a coherent picture of the swimmers resurfacing and coming back to reality…
I created this portal with semi-customised CMS system for Travelport.
I added a nice Christmas flash app to the Eden Project Shop. People could send messages to their friends and win prizes whilst browsing the Christmas products catalogue.
Triple Truth Flash Card's Engine and Editor
Working with WiredPortfolio
I developed an engine (for designers) to create custom digital greeting cards.
This project had a real-time editor that could position objects into a card. You could personalise the texts position, color, size, etc.
Valkyr is a remake of a game I used to play in the 80s in a computer called MSX. I made almost a clone of the game with exactly same gameplay, same graphics and audio.
Later in 2015, this same gameplay was used as core mechanics for Vortex Attack.
Game is really difficult: just like the original. You can play it as much as you want. I never implemented all features but it is still 100% playable and fun: PLAY THE GAME ›
Game: SDL Levels Editor: AS2
Game originally created for the handheld console GP2X (linux) on my spare time but after a couple of months became a challenge... I even began working on a levels editor using Flash.
Not long after, Electrofolio came and I had to stop working on this game.
It was my first attempt to make a game like this, created all code (in C) but it wasn't very tidy as I was just experimenting how was to program a game for a game console. I also drawed most of the graphics using pixel art techniques.
I have uploaded a playable version for GP2X. But also a Windows version too, but is not playable. This ZIP file contains the editor (flash file) as well So you can create maps! (But you would need the source code compile the new generated code) Download it here!
Check this video, this is running on the portable console. Recorded a month before I stopped working on it.
